I ordered a toddler bed from Delta Children after spending way too much time looking at different options during nap time, and so far it’s been a really good purchase. My kid seems comfortable in it and, surprisingly, has been sleeping in it without much drama, which is a win in our house. Putting it together was straightforward, even for someone like me who usually has to reread instructions while drinking cold coffee. The parts were labeled well enough, and once it was assembled, it felt sturdy and didn’t wobble around. The website was easy to use too. Checkout was quick, the delivery updates were clear, and everything arrived as expected. Overall, I’m happy with it and would order from them again

I ordered this crib it was way easier to assemble than I expected. It took me about an hour from start to finish, and the instructions were clear. Everything was included with no missing pieces, which was such a relief. Really happy with how it turned out!

I kind of forget how much this crib has been through until I stop and think about it. Daily use, a few moves, random kid chaos, all of it — and our Delta Children crib is still sturdy. That’s really the main thing I care about. I mean, looks are nice and all, but with baby stuff I always end up thinking, “Is this actually going to last?” So far, yes. It’s been one of those purchases I don’t have to overthink, which is saying something because I overthink basically everything.

I had to return a crib part and also asked about the warranty because one of the pieces had a small crack. The return process on deltachildren was literally easy, and after a few emails they sent out a replacement. It took a little longer than I was hoping, but customer service did respond and got it handled. Overall, it was a good experience, just not the fastest.

I had to reach out to Delta Children with a question about my order. They did get back to me, but it took longer than I felt it should have, and I had to follow up once. My gut feeling is that they’re probably decent to deal with, just not the fastest when it comes to customer service. The person who helped me was nice and got it sorted out in the end, but I definitely wish the response time had been better.

I ordered a crib and overall had a smooth experience putting it together. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, though it did take me a bit of time to get everything assembled. Nothing was really confusing, and the pictures definitely helped a lot. All the parts were labeled well enough, so I wasn’t stuck guessing what went where. Satisfied with it overall

I’m happy with it for the price. I looked at a few similar products from other brands, and most of them either cost more or didn’t seem to offer anything extra that made the price worth it. This one does what I needed without feeling cheap, so overall I’d say it’s definitely worth the money.

I bought this Delta Children piece mostly because we needed more storage, and it’s been really useful. The drawers hold more than I thought they would, and they slide smoothly too. It helped clear up a lot of the random kid stuff that was always scattered around the room. I did reach out with a quick question, and support basically said something like, “It’s designed to be simple and practical for everyday use,” which is pretty much exactly how I’d describe it. Nothing fancy, but it works well and makes the room feel way more organized...

The crib looks good overall, but my mattress didn’t fit quite as snugly as I thought it would. It’s not a huge deal or anything, just kind of annoying to mess with.

The box showed up a little more beat up than I expected, and one of the corners was actually partly open when it got delivered. Thankfully, the item inside didn’t have any damage, so it all worked out in the end, but I definitely think it could’ve used more padding or some extra protection inside the box. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, and I’m not really upset since the product itself was okay, but for something being shipped directly to the house and getting moved around during delivery, the packaging just didn’t feel quite sturdy enough

My order showed up on time, which I appreciated, and almost everything was exactly what I expected. I’m particular about details, so I did notice that one small part came in the wrong color. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a little annoying. Customer service did help get it sorted out, though it took a couple of days. Overall, not a bad experience, just not quite as smooth as I’d hoped.

It definitely wasn’t the fastest delivery, and I kind of feel like it could’ve been handled a bit quicker. That said, it did arrive okay in the end, so I can’t complain too much.

I placed an order for nursery set at the end of November. Provided my due date. Delta confirmed the order with an anticipated delivery of mid- January. On Januaryn29th customer service emailed telling me one of the items I ordered was out of stock and that they had no replenishment date. I was asked to select a different item. This was disappointing and clearly poor inventory management. I should have already had my items delivered by the time they realized they couldn't fill my order. 2 months figure that out.

Today, 02/04, their delivery service reaches put to schedule the delivery. All available dates are after my due date. Nearly 3 months after my order date. Do not recommend ordering from Delta. Not a great experience. Not having my nursery furniture in time for the baby to come home is stressful.

I ordered a kids dresser and it showed up on the exact day they said it would, so that part was great!! The only downside was the box looked rough when it arrived, and one corner had a small dent!! Thankfully nothing was missing, and once we put the dresser together it ended up being totally okay!! I just wish the delivery had been handled a little more carefully!!

I ordered from deltachildren.com and, to be fair, everything arrived on time and nothing was damaged. The product looks nice and feels sturdy enough, so I was happy at first. But am I missing something with the smell? As soon as I opened the box, there was a really strong chemical odor. I had to leave it outside and air it out for a couple of days before I felt okay using it. It did get better, but it was still not great in the beginning. Overall, decent product, but the smell really brought it down for me. 3 stars.

It feels really safe and sturdy, and it’s definitely strong enough for my toddler, which gives me peace of mind. I just wish the instructions had been a little clearer, because I was expecting them to be easier to follow.

It’s a decent item and it looks nice, but it takes up more space than I expected. The measurements were listed, so I guess that’s on me a bit, but it still feels like it was made to seem a little more compact than it actually is. It’s not bad at all, just probably not the best choice if you’re working with a smaller room.

I lost one of the tiny pieces while moving our Delta crib and thought it was gonna be a whole hassle. I hit up deltachildren support and they got back to me way faster than I expected. They helped me figure out the exact part I needed and sent it out without any drama. It fit perfectly, and the crib is back together now. Stoked with how easy they made it...

I bought a crib from Delta Children and I’m really happy with it. The quality feels better than I expected, it’s sturdy, the finish looks nice, and nothing about it feels cheap.
